About The Role

Then our new Onboarding Specialist & Customer Support role is the perfect role for you!Ā
This role is a hybrid role that covers different components of working in PX, but they are all joined by one very important element: exceptional communication and client service.Ā
You will be the first point of contact many people will have with our brand, and itās important you provide an exceptional experience and represent the Persuasion Experience brand in the best way possible.Ā Ā
Your ResponsibilitiesĀ
- Onboard new clients: You can be client facing, have great stakeholder management skills and can be the first point of contact to give the client an AMAZING experience and make sure the PX team is set up for success.Ā
- Customer Support: You can handle enquiries, refunds, and questions for our PX products. This includes managing our support@ PX inbox, andĀ
- Social Media Comments: You will manage our CEOās social media comments, as well as any comments on adsĀ
- ManageĀ
- Other VA Tasks As Needed: You are happy to help the team with other VA tasksĀ
Qualifications
- You have used ClickUp and understand how to use ClickUp
- You have exceptional communication skills, and have been in client facing roles for 2+ years
- You have worked in a digital marketing agency before and handled multiple clients at once
- You have experience managing different types of tasks, and it excites you to have a range of different responsibilities
- Experience managing social media comments is a PLUS
- Experience in a marketing and executing marketing is a PLUS
- Experience managing a LinkedIn profile is a PLUSĀ

- Pay Range: $35,000AUD - $50,000AUD
- Hours: This is Full Time position
- Location: We are a 100% remote agency. The founders travel full time, and itās cool for you to do that too! Our team members are from around the world, and we make sure we have time where the team overlaps.Ā
- Professional Development: We are big on professional development, and youāll be coached by both founders, have access to the PX courses, all the courses we have ever bought (itās a lot!), and additional coaching or programs as needed. We believe our team are assets to invest in.
- Report To: You will report to the CEO, Alisha Conlin-Hurd
